Role Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Private Equity Analyst Intern to assist our team with financial analysis, due diligence, and investment management tasks. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in our Miami, FL office or in Paris, France. This is a temporary, on-site internship role.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial analysis concepts and valuation methodologies
- Excellent research and due diligence capabilities, including experience with financial data providers such as Bloomberg, PitchBook, and Capital IQ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for the financial markets and social impact investing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

Vice President/Associate Mergers Acquisition

Role Description
This is a full-time Vice President/Associate Mergers Acquisition role that involves the day-to-day management of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial advisory. The role requires extensive due diligence, and the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing businesses, executing and managing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. This is an on-site position located in Paris or Miami.

- Ability to conduct in-depth due diligence and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, accounting, and regulatory environment
