Modani management completes buyout of Optimal Investment Group’s stake in Modani Furniture

Founded in 2007 in Miami, FL, Modani Furniture is a retailer of contemporary furniture, available both online and through an expanding network of brick-and-mortar stores. Its collections span a wide range of reimagined styles, from art deco-inspired to mid-century modern, crafted from globally sourced materials to create transitional designs.

In February 2025, Modani’s founders and management team completed the buyout of Optimal Investment Group’s stake in the company, originally acquired in 2021. This transaction returns full ownership and strategic control of Modani to its founding leadership, positioning the company to pursue its growth plans with renewed independence.
